| The Region of Jing-Jin-Ji is the most vigorous economic area and golden coast of the Northern of China. It is the only coastal area with abundant in the natural resources such as the coal, iron etc. of our country. Therefore it has formed the industrial structure different from coastal developed areas such as the Changjiang Delta, Pearl River Delta, etc. The region of Jing-Jin-Ji is still one of the largest districts with dense cities of our country. Urban economy is playing an important role here. In addition, there is more complete industrial system and more developed aviation, highway, railway, communication way in this region.However, the development of the region of Jing-Jin-Ji is extremely uneven, so the regional economic links are relatively weak. Meanwhile, Beijing's the radiation function on Tianjin and Hebei is very slight, and then the gathering is greater than the effect of radiating frequently, forming the "suction" phenomenon, i.e. the talent and resources are absorbed to Beijing gradually, which causes the surrounding area to develop relatively slowly, especially Hebei's 32 poor counties of 6 cities boarding Beijing and Tianjin, 3798 poor villages, etc. That has formed "the belt of poverty surrounding Beijing-Tianjin", and the population below the poverty line is up to 2,726,000.So it has become generally concerned problem that how to integrate the region of Jing-Jin-Ji, give play to the regional advantage, make it become the new motive force of economic growth of our country, get the stability of the surrounding area and have national economy develop fast.This text from the angle of knowledge spillovers, combines quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, and analyze the factors influencing the knowledge spillovers in the region of Jing-Jin-Ji, with the hope to find out the reason why the process of integration of this is so slow and to put forward the corresponding policy making the region of Jing-Jin-Ji give full play to its own advantages and become the actual leader of China's economic development.This text includes four parts besides foreword and conclusion:The first part is about the theory summary of knowledge spillovers. On the foundation of the theory of knowledge spillovers, we introduce the development of this theory in the domestic and foreign countries.The second part is about the regression analysis for the knowledge spillovers in Jing-Jin-Ji. Using 15- years data of Jing-Jin-Ji, we get the regression results of knowledge spillovers in the region of Jing-Jin-Ji. According to the result to examine this area's knowledge spillovers condition, and comparing it with the Changjiang Delta's, we discover the disparity.The third part is about the analysis influence factors of the knowledge spillovers. It is the full text's key part. By the analysis of the three factors of the knowledge spillovers, we try to find out the reason why the level of knowledge spillovers in Jing-Jin-Ji is so low.The fourth part is the basic conclusion and countermeasure suggestion. On the first three parts'foundation, we draw the conclusion, and propose the corresponding countermeasure. |
