The Research On Logistics Cost Problem For The Household Appliance Enterprise By The Mode Of Demand Chain

This paper mainly focused on logistics costs of the household appliance enterprise (HAE for short), and made related research from the aspects of cost perfection and cost controlling. With demand chain management mode being applied to HAE, this paper made adequate research on its cost perfection and cost controlling: Firstly this paper analyzed the "microprofit" problem of HAE of our country, made a retrospection of others' works on the logistics costs theory and demand chain management, discussed demand chain mode of HAE on the basis of the retrospection, made a thorough analysis of the constitution of logistics costs in demand chain management mode of HAE, and created a logistics costs chain of it. And on the basis of the logistics costs of demand chain management mode of HAE , this paper gave suggestions on logistics costs perfection of HAE from the aspect of BPR(business process reengineering)and made use of Dell and Haier cases to approve of it. And then with some assumptions related, this paper built a logistics costs perfection mode of HAE with a refrigerator production case being applied to check the feasibility of the mode, and then check the feasibility of costs controlling theoretically.With demand chain and the demand chain management theory being applied to the issues of logistics costs perfection and costs controlling, this paper analyzed logistics costs of demand chain of HAE thoroughly with some cases related being applied to it, and made use of operational research and some math methods to perfect and control logistics costs; therefore this paper is of practical meaning on research the logistics costs perfection and controlling theories.With thorough research on logistics costs perfection and costs controlling of HAE, this paper intended to find a feasible management operation mode for HAE so that it could be implemented into the practical work of enterprises' logistics costs perfection and costs controlling.All the research on logistics costs perfection and costs controlling of HAE, whether from the aspect of BPR(business process reengineering) perfection, logistics costs perfection or from the aspect of the crucial parts of logistics costs controlling, linked with related cases to approve that the points were of practical meaning or check that whether the points were of practical meaning, therefore this paper was also of practical meaning correspondingly.
