The 21st century is an age of information economy, so any company which will want to obtain more strong competitive power has to realize corporate informatization. At present, many companies in our country are spending much money in building information system, but the effect is not good. Even more, it doesn't help building corporate competitive power, but brings heavy load for these companies. Why do these companies fail? An important reason of it is that many companies lack or ignore the building of the corporate culture which is in line with corporate informatization.In order to find an available solution to build corporate informatization successfully, I work hard at the way to build a new corporate culture which is vital to the building and management of corporate informatization.So, in this paper it is my aim that finding the way to build successfully corporate information system through the relationship between corporate informatization and corporate culture.Like corporate culture, corporate informatization is also a sub-system of the system of corporate. Although they both are sub-systems, they connect each other. With the study of real corporate cases and the analyses by contrasting the factors affect corporate informatization with the factors affect corporate culture, I draw some conclusions for the relationship between corporate informatization and corporate culture. And I find some ways to built corporate culture in line with corporate informatization building. The following analyses of two corporate cases on building corporate informatization confirm them. They are:1. Regarding it's building as a strategy2. Enhancing entrepreneurs quality3. Cultivating team work4. Advocating people oriented5. Advancing with timeOf course, we can't finish building our corporate culture over a night. Corporate informatization keeps continuous change, so corporate culture should do accordingly, too.
