The Relation Management Of Members In Dynamic Logistics Alliance

This dissertation studies the relation management of the members in dynamic logisticsalliance. It includes the research of incentive mechanism and monitoring mechanism ofthe members in DLA, and the trust between the members and the sponsor. The researchcontents of the dissertation can be concluded as follows:(1) Basing on the literatures about dynamic alliance and logistics alliance, thisdissertation makes a brief generalization of the definition of the dynamic logistics alliance.Dynamic logistics alliance is one organizational mode of logistics alliance. It is based onthe sharing of the information between the members. The organizer of the DLA combinessome professional logistics corporations or one logistic capability of some other logisticscorporations. The organization is dynamic that the members may change by period tomake the best benefit of the whole organization. Considering that there is an informationconcealing between members and the sponsor in dynamic logistics alliance. The relationbetween members' probabilities of information concealing and the sponsor's belief tothem has been analyzed in this paper. A quadratic evaluation rule is given, under whichmembers will give their information truthfully.(2) On the standpoint of the organizer, this dissertation monitors the performance of themembers by evaluating their performance dynamically. The research contents of this partincludes how to make the index system of the evaluation, how to use the ANP method toevaluate the members and how to apply this whole method in the example case.(3) In the fourth part, after summarizing the definition, characters and regimentationsof the trust mechanism, this dissertation analyses the important function of trustmechanism in DLA and generalizes some methods on how to build a trustful relationbetween the members.
