The Realization And Simulation Of Workflow Management In The Logistics Distribution Center

To satisfy the damand of Quick-response, delivery workflow can realize operation information control and time control of distribute batch by computer networks, and auto or semi-auto procedure operation. Researching on workflow theory ,workflow modeling theory and the tool of Prtrinet modeling, combining analysis on procedure of delivery center, this paper builds workflow model and workflow management system of delivery center, both of which are based on Petri-net.This paper puts forward mailbox workflow theory, summarizes mailbox-driven Petri-net modeling method, stresses the Petri-net's advantage of supporting Data Model and Time Model, and explains that WF-net, a workflow modeling method , is the mos proper and stable tool to construct distribution center workflow model. It use the workflow engine , procedure modeling tool and interface design tool provided by software SynchroFlow as the platform, describing and recording data and structure of workflow model and form by DTD and XML schema, realizing the connection and operation between the model ,form and SQL server database , utilizing enterprise operation infrastructure by SynchroFlow and realizing the operation and monitoring of distribution center.For the distribution center requires the orders be quickly responded to,we use Extend in the solution..First,by simulates the workflow, it checks the liquidity of the workflow while running and reasonability of the workflow design. Then, it constructs simulation model of quick response system for order processing to test and decide a series of strategies. The above work guarantees the stability integrality, flexibility, agility and adaptability of the design of workflow procedure design and item design.The speed of order processing, the key and soul of quick response of the distribution center workflow, is very important due to the customer service of the distribution center.This paper constructs simulation model of quick response system for order processing, and proposes series of cases and strategies for order processing with Extend.Then it tests and selects series of feasible strategies to enhance the efficiency of the order processing by running ,testing and analyzing the simulation result. Finally, according to the simulation conclusion,it provides a solution of order processing system of the distribution center workflow,which can reach and satisfy the demand of quick response.
