The Research Of Ecommerce Workflow Solution

As the ecommerce is developing at a very fast speed, the enterprise's business need is always changing. The more drastic business competitions, the more ecommerce enterprises realize that it is necessary to enhance the business flexibility and the working efficiency, response the customs' need quickly and adjust the business flow as soon as possible when the market needs change. It is an effective way to solve the problem that to own a modern and efficient workflow management system.For the complexity of the ecommerce flow, it is very complicated to analyze the flow by using basic Petri net, and it is hard to set up the workflow model. So this paper introduces the expended Petri net and puts forward to apply the expansive level-model in the ecommerce workflow models. It improves the ecommerce workflow net and solves the conflicts and deadlocks very well through applying the expansive Petri net. So it puts forward the solution to set up an ecommerce workflow model by Petri net. This paper applies the improved workflow net in fact. By analyzing an B2B ecommerce system, It applies the expansive Petri net to set up the workflow models and expand a sub flow by the level-model. It uses the validated method to validate the models and proves that they are the right models. And then it realizes parts of the workflow models. The improving and optimizing the flow enhances the working efficiency. And it improves the workflow working quality by realizing better processing controls.
