| Rural power management system reform that started in 1999 resolved some key problems of. The profound influence has been occurred for rural power development. It boosted the overall development rural electricity. But with the deepening of reform some issues and contradictions appeared.The report reviews fully seven years of rural management system. The experience and achievement are summarized. The status of rural management system within SGCC was analyzed.
