After the following analysis of 2003~2005 annual reports, it tries to find a way to extricate the predicament for this trade from the angle of capital optimization.Proceed from this purpose, along with the route of'structure, achievement, structure, factors', to find the relation between capital structure status and achievements; then the influence factors to capital structure in listed home-appliance companies in our country. Thus indicate the way to optimize the capital structures of this trade.First, in order to find the existence of optimum capital structure in theory, it summarized the theory of capital structure which is the foundation of capital structure analysis.Then, it analyzed the present capital structures; the relation between capital structure and achievements; and the influence factors to capital structure in listed home-appliance companies in our country. This is the preparation for evaluation standers; optimize goal; and the way to optimize in the proceeding of capital optimization for this trade.At last, on the basis of the above analysis, it addressed the specific ways to optimize the capital structures of listed home-appliance companies in our country.In the concrete proceeding of analysis, use the method of normative analysis and empirical analysis, lay emphasis on empirical analysis. Use quantitative analysis through mathematical method based on a great quantity of statistics. In order to make the conclusion and suggestion more practical and persuasive, it combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, addressed the way to solve above questions.
