Regional Economic Growth And Development From The Perspective Of Human Capital

Content: This article researches on some important problems between human capital and regional economic growth.Modern western economic theories suggest that the elements that influence the development of a country or a region include external growth element and internal growth element. The purpose of this survey is to analysis human capital which is one of the important elements that influence internal growth, and make an interpretation which is corresponding to the logics and is supported by the experience about how the investment and the structure of human capital influence regional economic growth.The content of this survey firstly summarize the modern theories about economic growth and human capital. Then, more widely researches on modern theories about economic growth and human capital and the relative models. Compares the differences between Jiangxi province and Zhejiang province on economic levels, the investment and structure of human capital, and uses calculate methods measure the numeral relations between them. At last systematically illustrates the dialectical relationship between human capital and the qualitative change of regional economy.The main devotion and conclusion of this survey is that:1. It divides human capital into four types, and provides a totally new model of regional human capital, and makes analyses individually about the devotion to regional economic growth made by the four types of human capital with methods of qualitative and rationality . 2. It suggests that the core impetus of regional economic growth is the enterpriser type of human capital. 3. It makes an analysis the dialectical relationship between human capital and the qualitative change of regional economy, and suggests that the qualitative change of human capital is the basic and the precondition of the qualitative change of regional economy.
