Strategy Research For Living And Development Of Guizhou Foreign Trade Corporation In New Situation

After China joined the World Trade Organization and abolished the license for the import and export business, the operation environment of foreign trade corporations has changed profoundly. Most of the foreign trade corporations in China faced high pressures in there business, especially for Guizhou foreign trade corporations which located in West-China, their situation are worse than other foreign trade corporations in China. In order to resolve the living and development problem of Guizhou foreign trade corporations in the new economic situation, firstly, this paper did some analysis for the living environment of the foreign trade corporations in Chin in the new economic situation and at the same time, proofed the inevitable existence of the foreign trade corporations in using the economic theories of division labour and trade cost. After that, this paper researched the present situation of Guizhou foreign trade corporation and made the living and development strategies for Guizhou foreign trade corporation on the basis of SWOT analysis. At last, after the analysis for the case of Guizhou Province Guiyang Import and Export Corporation, this paper made the conclusion that Guizhou foreign trade corporation can live and develop in the new economic situation although there are many difficulties ahead, if they adopt suitable strategies.
