Research On Positive Effects Of Network Economy In China

The notable features of modern economic growth are high economic growth and high rates of change in the structure, and the information technology revolution is regarded as the axis of the modern economic growth. Accordingly, The effect of network economy based on the productivity growth has been the basic pillar of modern information economy growth, network has touched all economic activity space of human beings. The effect of network economy will become the main effect of the 21st century information economy's growth. Thus, study on effects of the network economy and the measure of the effect is of great practical and theoretical value. On the basis of extensively researching and thoroughly analyzing on the research results associated with the network economy's effects. We present a theoretical framework for analysis of network economy's effects, design a set of evaluation indicator system of network economy's effects and apply it to measure the Chinese network economy's effects. This thesis is divided into the following four parts:Part I: "Theories and literature review". 1 sort out and consolidate the various schools of the theory of division of labor and specialization, and review the related research on network economy measure. This part of this paper constitutes the cornerstone for study.Part II: "Network economy's effects and its mechanism". First of all, discriminate the definition of the network economy and use the method of difference analysis to define the connotation of the network economy and analyze the nature of the network economy. Then, I make use of the division of labor and specialization theory sorted out in the former part, in an attempt to instruct a bridge between the increasing of production efficiency and the improvement of transaction efficiency. It will be applied to analyze the mechanism of network economy's effects, parallel with the production technology innovation theoryPart III: "The measure of the Chinese network economy's effects". According to the relationship between the network economy's effects and the level of network economy mat has already been deduced, on the basis of the principle of the target design and reference to the international comparative study of the network economy's evaluation indicator system, we establish a model measuring network economy' effects by applying AHP , and apply this model to evaluate the development of the Chinese network economy during "the 10th Five-Year" and the development of network economy in Shanghai,Hubei and Chongqing in 2004.Part V: "The idea about Chinese network economy's development". In light of the research on the mechanism of network economy's effects and the evaluation of Chinese network economy's effects, we put forward the policy recommendations of the network economy development. Firstly, introduce Michael Porter's four factors theory of the competitive advantage, adding a market factor against Chinese conditions. Then, make use of it to analyze the advantages and constraints of developing network economy in China. On this basis, give the development strategy of Chinese network economy: market-led mechanism, a non-equilibrium model of development and innovation through imitation as the main path of technological innovation.
