The problem of recruitment management of senior corporate executives has been thekey issue of the modern human resources management. To control the entrance of therecruitment strictly, and try to aquire more and better senior talent resources has been thefirst task for corporat development.The recruitment management of senior corporate executives deals with many issues.The past research mainly focused on the improvement of tools and methods of interviewand assessment, rarely related to the deeper problems of recruitment management of seniorcorporate executives. For example, how important the organizational culture means torecruitment management? What do the senior talents need from the organizational culture?And meanwhile, how important the leadship means to recruitment management? How toanalyse the characteristics of the leadship qualification of the senior talents? Therefore,based on the relevant theories and his own research framework, the author discussed thisresearch gradually with a perspective of organizational culture and leadship.The first chapter is an introduction; the author introduced in detail about the reasonand the significances, the relevant theories and the research framework, the research rangeand restrictions, the research methods and steps. The second chapter mainly introduced thebasic theory of the recruitment and the recruitment management in order to make afoundation for the following research. The third chapter discussed the relationship betweenorganizational culture and recruitment management, and the senior executives' needs forthe organizational culture, finally the author explained the concept, the characteristics andthe significance of organizational culture, and explored the importance of theorganizational culture to the senior corporate executives' recruitment management. Thefouth chapter mainly discussed the relationship between leadship and the recruitmentmanagement, the auther explained the concept of leadship, its characteristics andsignificance, and the leadship qualification of the senior executives, finally the autherexplored the importance of the leadship to the senior corporate executives. The fifth chapterdiscussed the innovation of the recruitment management, the auther used Rogis's model ofinnovation diffusion theory, and raised the paths choices of the innovation of the corporaterecruitment management. The last chapter is the conclusion of the research; the antherpointed out the direction and the motives of the senior corporate executives' recruitmentmanagement, and provided several suggestions for the senior corporate executives'recruitment management of our country.
