At first onthe foundation of analyzing the condition of the agriculture natural disaster in Nanjing City, this text willput forward the necessity of building up the system of political agricultural insurance in Nanjing City.Immediately after that a questionnaire survey on the insurance will of the agricultural enterprises and thepeasant households carry in the Nanking region, for understanding the situations of the peasanthousehold and the agricultural enterprise about agricultural insurance. This part mainly analyses themain agricultural risk that the peasant households face, insurance will, income condition, expectation,the acceptance ability, risk hobby and so on.According to the above-mentioned research analysis result, based on the domestic and internationalagricultural insurance, the text put forward the speculation of founding the system of politicalagricultural insurance in Nanjing, mainly include the collection of the agricultural insurance premium,the insurance scope and object, the insurance species, the standard of premium rate and the principle ofhanding over premium.
