In order to overcome dwindling profits from the traditional revenue source of fixed line telephones, every major national telecom company has started to search for ways to change its revenue profile. Guangzhou "A" Telecom company is not an. exception at all. In Guangzhou, with highly market growth and severe competition, "A" telecom company's performance at each market segment would directly affect the overall income of the corporation it belongs to. In order to change the current market competition pattern, it is necessary for "A" Telecom company to quickly develop innovative services and to explore a new business direction.The Systematic Integration service has been one of the major services designed in coordination with "A" Telecom company's present strategic goal: becoming a modernized integrated information service provider. Its value for "A" Telecom company innovation outcome is self-evident. As a new comer of systematic integration industry, how could "A" telecom company quickly discover the distinguished features of the systematic integration service, benefit from its solid corporate structure, differentiate itself among the competitors, and position well in the market? These questions are indeed the most important analysis subjects currently faced by "A" telecom company.For "A" telecom company, as a traditional telecommunication operator, developing systematic integration service goes far beyond its basic services since systematic integration market is much more complex and competitive. Therefore, "A" telecom company needs to develop a set of appropriate marketing management system promptly. This paper is based on the current situation to evaluate the feasibility and necessity for "A" telecom company so that it can develop systematic integration business. After looking into the overall industry background, distinguished features, and market scope of the systematic integration service industry, the author uses the eastern and western exceptional management experience as references to combine "A" telecom company's current situation and its strength and weakness. The author also applies theories from strategic management, marketing, and project management, to evaluate and discuss "A" telecom company's development process of systematic integration service, especially the marketing support section. Finally, the author draws up a direction of thinking by employing market background SWOT analysis, strategic planning, the selective marketing tactics referring to both academic theory and practical experience, as well as the quantitative and qualitative analysis. From a corporate clinic report perspective, this paper analyzes and explores a set of solutions which could be applied into the marketing and management system for "A" telecom company's systematic integration service. Overall, this paper aims to inspire and lead"A" telecom company's systematic integration business moving toward success.
