Study On Enterprise Financial Process Re-engineering Under Network Environment

The rapid growth of the information technology has created a variable network environment, which requires enterprises has great capacity to quickly and flexibly react to market chances and to make timely and effectively control on financial activities. However, the traditional financial process becomes a hamper in the way and leads the failure of enterprises in the fierce competition. Therefore, to further explore the financial process re-engineering under network environment has great theoretical and realistic significance in the promotion of the enterprise competitiveness.The paper learns the theory of BPR, financial process re-engineering and other relative research results made by famous scholars and studies the problem of enterprise financial process re-engineering under network environment.
