The Study On The Government Function In Transferring Training Of The Country Surplus Labor Force

The transferring of the country surplus labor force from agriculture to non-agricultural production industry, from countryside to city, is currently an important characteristic in our country society . But the low professional skill quality of country surplus labor force has become "the bottleneck" factor to restrict its effective transferring. Agricultural laborers who were already changed in city are most unable to adapt the industrialization and the modernization and were gradually by the edged .The government-orientated transferring training pattern is currently the main reason which reduces the low and ineffective training result.
