The oil occupies very important strategic position in all countries' economy and their society. Therefore, the ample oil supply that relates to the security of the politics, economy and the military of all nations in the world.Keep on the fast development along with Chinese economy, the quantity of Chinese oil import rises to a top level every year, especially the degree of the dependence to the middle east and the Africa is already far above 30% which is the warning line accepted by the international society. Which means that the problem of Chinese oil security will face more political and economic risks. The problem of Chinese oil security has already become a strategic problem that relates to the peaceful development of China.As the unique superpower and the biggest oil consumer and importer, the America is playing an important role in the problem of Chinese oil security. Therefore, deeply studying the American factor in the problem of Chinese oil security will have the important realistic worth and strategic purpose doubtlessly.Standing on the studying of the predecessor I want to find out the American factor will bring the influence to the security of Chinese oil by analyzing two aspects: one is that the America is contesting and controlling the oil resources in the world, the other is that the America is controlling the transporting channels. Then I will deeply study the hidden reasons and why we should pay attention to the influence produced by the American factor. So the goat of my paper is that what foreign policies we should adopt to reduce or dissolve the adverse influence to the security of Chinese oil, thus it can not only eliminate our worry but also create good international environment for our peaceful development. |
