Research On The System Building Of Rural Social Security In Gansu Province

Nowadays, it is being the historical transitional process from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture in Gansu rural areas. In this process , with the all-round development of rural social economy ,the economic and social foundation in rural family insurance were already broken .And the old social security took the family as the main body and land as the primary object ,which is already unable to meet the need of modernization of agriculture development. However, there is still not an efficient, forming modern social security system. How to set up efficient modern social security system is an arduous mission faced modern economists and country economy researchers.This article is based on the current situation in Gansu countryside, and combines the evolution and current situation of rural social security policies, to compare the social security development in country and city .By analyzing the related factors affect the building of rural social security system, this article issued the forming of social security system and the Construction Pattern of the general system in Gansu countryside. And this paper came up with the detailed advices about how to promote the country social security system in Gansu Province.
