From a country to a nation, the thriving and developing cannot exist without the inherent stable culture. Besides promoting the advancement and development of civilization itself, it permeates into social production as well as social life, espicially into the religious belief and the spiritual life. Such kind of culture, characterized by its traditional, cognitive and obedient inertia, once being melted into a specified mental and material activity, will release inestimable value and function. Japan, our neighboring country, separated from us by only a body of water. Our two countries are similiar in production and living, and have a long history of cultural diffusion and exchange. In this paper, the author raised his idea based on the following eidos: First, culture acts on economy; Secondly, economy can not exit without culture; And finaly, culture is also some kind of economy. On one hand, he expounded that family-business was very important to carry on and develop traditional culture. And on the other hand, he warned us never forget to learn from traditional culture.
