In the period of network economy, the emergency of the KM indicates that knowledge has gradually displaced the capital and the labor force and has become one of the most important factor in producing, the acquisition, innovation and handling of the knowledge, have accelerate the economic development strongly. The commercial environment which Enterprises face to has changed radically. As a business model that suit the knowledge economic era, E-commerce fully utilizes the advantages of high-speed and variety of the Internet and reduces many intermediate links in business activities ,which makes E-commerce have the characters of low cost and high efficiency. Meanwhile, e-commerce asks for a higher demand to the management system and the method of enterprise, firstly, the enterprises which engage in e-commerce activities must change their traditional ideas and build a knowledge-based organization in order to improve the ability of adapting to the environment; secondly, strengthen the efficiency and the promptioncy of the information transaction between enterprises, and collect appropriate one from the varied kinds of information to form the knowledge of our enterprise ; thirdly, after these knowledge are processed , It helps our e-commerce activities work much more effectively. As a concluding, Information and knowledge management are the keys to the success of e-commerce.Since 1990, China launched EDI, the development of E-commerce in China has been in a relatively backward situation compared to the other countries. Both theoretical research and the network support relied on foreign technique, but had little independent research. However, China's e-commerce development isn't slow at all. This paper is aiming at to provide both the literature reference and the specific technical scheme research for our country's e-commerce development.According to the research methodology, we gave our conclusion about the e-commerce model ,firstly, based on the parties to the transaction, there are B2B B2C C2C C2B C2G- five common forms; secondly, based on the forms of transaction, there are Online retailing model and personal virtual services-oriented online revenue model. As a conclusion, we come into the object-oriented model and process-oriented model. With cooperating, authorizing and the integrity being as the core, constrained by the traditional E-commerce and KM, by analogizing to the structure picture of the knowledge updating, we worked out collaborative knowledge management business model, which integrated the ERP,SCM and CRM systems.In this system, we re-divided the knowledge management system, which is composed of the knowledge acquisition layer and the knowledge application layer.On the one hand, the knowledge acquisition layer is made up of the enterprise knowledge system which is formed by primary storage layer, the transmission layer transfer, knowledge learned layer, knowledge extraction layer 4 level and the network-based knowledge-sharing system which is based on the knowledge warehouse such as semantic search engine, or AMT, and CKMCHINA ,etc. to constitute a network-based knowledge resources in which the language meaning can be discerned. On the other hand, knowledge application Layer includes KM control systems which is used to propose the advice and processing all the output files from the knowledge acquisition layer to the implementing departments, and the implementing departments whose duties are discussing, analyzing and making decision through meetings, information systems, and then they arrange these results into files and send them to the whole company to work out.We build our knowledge system by the example of e-business strategy. We need two parts of the knowledge which are the knowledge of the environment and the knowledge of the network property. The environmental knowledge includes the external-environment, internal-environment and the undertaking-environment three main aspects. The knowledge of the internet properties includes intermediary, globalization, information asymmetry, interlocking, reducing transaction const, and so on. All of these properties are integrated in the structure of the firmware,on which the strategy software are running . The interface of the firmware is faced to different types of the organization systems which may be the learning organization/effective implement organization/flat-structure organization and so on. Finally we got the workflow schema of the knowledge management which is based on the e-business strategy.Specially, we study on the collaborative strategy of the Taobao. Firstly, we looked through various strategies of Taobao during it development period since 2002 and then, we analyze its client relationship, secondly, we compared the cooperative banks of Taobao, Ebay and the Tencent. Finally, we demonstrate the collaborative strategy of Taobao, which is successfully realized by bound software.The innovation of this paper has high signification in both the collaborative e-commerce and the collaborative knowledge management researching area. The model and the mechanism of the collaborative knowledge commerce development has an important effect on the later software development such as the sharing systems based on the internet ,analysis and control KM systems and so on.
