Research On The Evaluation & Development Strategy Of Technology Innovation Ability Of Anhui's Automobile Industry

With the development of the world's economy, the technology innovation ability and innovation activities have been the resource and incentive of industry's existence and development. It has been an important job for our government to establish the evaluation system of industry's technology innovation ability and evaluate the effect of industry's innovation activities in time and establish the development strategy aimed to the characteristic of the industry's technology innovation ability for the industry's development.The thesis expatiate the process of the technology innovation theory's development, dissertate the connotation of the technology innovation ability, research the characteristic of the industry's technology innovation ability, point out two factors which affect the technology innovation ability. This thesis dissertate the connotation of the industry's technology innovation ability and establish the evaluation system of industry's technology innovation ability. From using automobile industry's technology innovation ability of Shanghai as benchmark, the thesis evaluate the automobile industry's technology innovation ability of Anhui by using the evaluation system of industry's technology innovation ability based the actuality of automobile industry's technology innovation ability of Anhui. By analysis the result of Anhui automobile industry's technology innovation ability, the thesis point out the shortcoming of Anhui automobile industry's technology innovation ability and the point of establishing the development strategy from two factors which affect the technology innovation ability.
