Accompanying the globalization of business, the competition has transformed from company versus company to supply chain versus supply chain. Accordingly, the supply chain management should ensure the objectives to deliver the right product, at the appropriate time, at the competitive cost, and with customer satisfaction in order to keep the competitive advantages. To realize the objectives, SCM might involve very complex decision making. The Supply Chain Operations Reference model (SCOR) views the supply-chain a hierarchical structure of processes, with each process consisting of some process elements. The top-level consists of 5 processes: plan, source, make, deliver and return. By making of these building blocks, any organization can be described using a common definitions. This way, disparate industries can be linked to describe any supply-chain.Generally, an agent can run autonomously and has the abilities of improving itself and optimizing of the entire domain of the manufacturing system. Therefore multi-agent technology can be used to build up dynamic enterprise model at supply chain level. Agent-oriented software engineering emphasizes the fundamental role of autonomous agents and their mental state, and of communication and interaction, for analyzing and designing organizations and organizational information systems. MaSE provides a top-down approach to building multi-Agent systems instead of the bottom up approach employed in most agent implementations. The paper reports our progress in developing methodological frameworks based on SCOR and MaSE. The framework introduces the notion of process-centered organization metaphor, and creatively adopts SCOR to a well-structured generic Multi-Agent System development methodology, MaSE, for model of Supply Chain System Based on Multi-Agent. As a CASE of MaSE, AgentTool was used to analysis and design the Supply Chain Model Based on Multi-Agent.
