Beginning from the Reform and Opening up in the late 1970s,the real estate industry in China developing from the scratch ,not only fulfils the living demands of the residences ,but also becomes the leading industry in China , which plays a vital role in our economic construction .It is true that real estate industry grows up along with the development of real estate market ,and especially in the recent years ,it comes into a virtuous circle phase in quantity as well as in benefit.However ,compared with those more developed cities and countries ,the real estate industry in China is characteristic of smaller scale ,looser resources ,lower specialization degrees .Some real estate enterprises are hard pressed by the problems of inner management ,and others even have no whole management systems ,and rules and regulations ,or no long-term strategies ,which its operating achievements depends fully on the conditions of the single performances .Today ,it is a changeful era .Science development speeds up ,knowledge constantly brings forth new ideas ,demanding of the consumers are varied ,enterprises competes sharply .Confronting with so changeful economic environment ,especially with more and more specialized market divisions ,real estate enterprises have to discard traditional business models and act as the integrator of the resources ,i.e. changes into Virtual Enterprises ,outside-oriented resources so as to strengthen their kernel competition.The paper ,through the comprehensive use of economics ,management theories and the reference to basic theories and practice of Virtual Enterprise ,makes an exploration of virtual management of real estate enterprises.
