Chinese level of economic development is continuously improved.At the same time,real estate as an important investment target,its virtual gradually appears.In addition to financial assets,real estate is another important virtual asset.And also real estate price is not only important factor of production price,is also an important means of subsistence price.It's also an important component of the commodity prices system.As the socialist market economic system gradually established and the real estate market has become increasingly active,strengthening the research of real estate prices,guidance and management has become a very prominent problem.Based on the virtual economy theory and the theory of capital pricing,I used theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to make an in-depth analysis and anatomy on the real estate's fictitious.I did my best to give a new explanation about the development,evolvement and undulation of real estate from the virtual point of view.Theoretical analysis proved that real estate is not only an important physical asset but also an another important virtual asset.Real estate prices have a certain degree of virtual characteristic.I got the same conclusion by using the Chinese real estate market data in 15 years of 1992-2006.Finally,I suggested several corresponding countermeasures on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.At this stage,studying real estate from the perspective of virtual economy is a new point of view.And also it is positive and practical significance to ascertain whether real estate belonging to the virtual economy. |
