Then the paper make a research into the relation between industrialstructure transformation and the economic growth through empirical research based onthe example of Guangdong. Firstly the paper calculate the contribution of industrialstructure transformation to economic growth in Guangdong, in order to confirm therelation between the industrial structure transformation and economic growth, aquantitative analysis on the cross-section data and time array data of the GDP ofGuangdong have be done in this paper. It adopts the method of Co-integration, to dealwith the time array data, so as to ensure the result derived out has more convincingness.Then according to the recent industrial structure transformation in Guangdong, the paperanalyzes the industrial structure transformation impact on the economic growth ofGuangdong.
