| Agricultural mechanization which provides essential condition and technological support for agriculture is important composition and symbol of agricultural modernization. Law of the People's of Republic of China on Promotion of Agricultural mechanization was promulgated in 2004. Simultaneously, policy of agricultural machine purchasing subsidy was taken into effect. All these messures propelled agricultural mechanization to develop quickly.The policy of agricultural machine purchasing subsidy promoted the rate of our country's agricultural mechanization, made agricultural equipment manufacture stronger and more peasants who had agricultural machine richer. However, not only we should watch appearance, but also we should research of its essence with mathematics.Firstly, the author researched of the state, mode and experience of agricultural mechanization in American, France and Japan and result showed that the developed country usually supported the development of agricultural mechanization in policy and fund.Secondly, researched of the state and problem of our country's agricultural mechanization and found that on one hand peasant aspired to buy agricultural machine, but it is diffcult for them to do this because of their poor income, on the other hand our country can subsidize the purchasing of agricultural machine in intermediate industrialization but not subsidize more money for agricultural machine purchasing, which influenced the development of the agricultural in some extent.To the short of research of agricultural machine purchasing subsidy with mathematics, the author choose AHP-Fuzzy synthesis evaluation method on the basis of analyzing common performance evaluation method; Established hierarchy index system of agricultural machine purchasing subsidy performance evaluation, calculated index value with 1-9 scale and finished fuzzy synthesis evaluation by set up fuzzy matrix, obtained the mathematical model of agricultural purchasing subsidy. The author developed the application software with Visual Basic6.0 for the mathematical model.At last, the author evaluated the performance of agricultural machine purchasing subsidy in 2004 with the software. The evaluation showed that the performance in 2004 was very good and the software was practical. |
