Research For SME's Financing Lease Concern In Western China

SME in western china has an important effect on western development, however, financing difficulty have long hinders the development of SME in western china. It is an important decision that how to solve the financing problem of SME for promoting the development of SME, so as the west past. Recent years, aimed at the financing difficulty, there are several new financial methods. For example, lease finance, mortgage finance, folk finance and so on, lease finance has created a new financing path for SME in western china by its special financial form.Lease finance appeared first in American. It was introduced to our country in 1980s. It combined financing and material financing together, which is a modern financial pattern, considering both finance and trade. And also is a finance form that separate the proprietary rights and managerial rights. It has been applied aboard in our modern life. In this paper, I will analyze the connotation, feature, function and comparative superiority, discuss the superiority of financial lease to solve the financial problem of SME in western china and the feasibility of launching lease finance business in west, put forward several lease methods which are suitable for SME in western china, at last, put forward the complete set measures of finance lease which can be implied in SME of western china.
