Study On The Strategy Of West Construction Enterprises In Overseas Market Exploitation

As the globe economics turning better, investment in the world construction market increases more rapidly. Since the strategy of"going out"was brought forward and China joined WTO, Chinese construction enterprise has accelerated its pace in market exploitation.The west construction enterprises situated at the underdeveloped district of China. Because of the unbalance developing of construction industry and construction enterprises in different districts of China, the west construction enterprises fall behind in overseas construction market exploitation compared to construction enterprises in rest districts of China, particularly in the turnover of overseas project contracting, labor service cooperation and construction design consultation; labor exportation amount; quantity of enterprises which have overseas business and overseas business scales of these enterprises.This paper adopts the basic theory and method of market investigation, research and strategy making, analyses the world market developing actuality and trend. Then discuss about the existing common problems of Chinese construction enterprises and the existing specific problems of west construction enterprises. Finally the paper combines all the former results of above research to carry out a SWOT analysis, and give out a series of current strategy and entire developing strategy which will help the construction enterprise to approach world top level.
