Corporate Governance is the result of the modern enterprise system and the diversification of investors with this adaptation of ownership and control factors from two factors. Bank of corporate governance has become a stable banking business one of the core issues which has caused widespread concern. In China's financial system, state-owned commercial banks operating efficiency, not only impact on the micro level of the state-owned commercial bank system operations and market competitiveness, but also on the macro impact of the financial efficiency of the allocation of resources and the potential for economic growth and quality. China's accession to the World Trade Organization, to accelerate financial market liberalization, the state-owned commercial banks and foreign banks competition, not only for the performance of the financial markets on the business activities of the competition, but to a large extent depend on the governance structure of the competition. Along with China Construction Bank, Bank of China and ICBC listing, the Chinese financial industry fully opened, to establish the international competitiveness of the modern joint-stock commercial banks to the objectives of the reform of state-owned joint-stock commercial banks have yielded some results, and corporate governance reform is the state-owned joint-stock commercial bank reform of the core and key.
