| Since the 1980s, the information technology revolution impelled the entireindustrial structure revolutionary change. Different industries are no longer anindependent development, but rather convergence and cross-development, so theborder between the industry fading finally causes the industry convergence. Coupledwith the current global financial freedom and the uninterrupted growth unifying, theconvergence between finance with economy and society is becoming increasinglyobvious. That banking, insurance, securities of the financial industry and informationnetwork industry integration phase, have appear to the bancassurance, financialholding companies and internet banking and so on, so that the trend of the entirefinancial industry convergence is very rapid. Of course, the convergenceenvironment will also imply financial crisis risks because of the infiltration ofvarious banking financial business, and in the meantime the cross-infection andtransmission risk of different financial risks is the biggest risk. Therefore, bankingsupervision, preventing and reducing the risk of the banking industry, has becomethe general supervision departments concerned. As far as our country, because of theconvergence of the financial industry trend, China's banking sectors face a veryserious challenge, particularly now that China has allowed foreign banks to conductrenminbi business in a comprehensive. That is to say China has been graduallyopening up the country's financial markets. Moreover, it also sets higherrequirements to the China's state-owned commercial banks and it is also facing fiercecompetition.This paper is based on industry convergence theory, and then draws out thefinancial industry convergence and in the end concretely analyzes the influences offinancial industry convergence to our country banking creation under this kind offusion environment and simultaneously banking and corresponding supervisedgovernment of our country should make those countermeasures accordingly. |
