The Policy Research Of Promoting The Rise Of The Central Region In East-Mid-West Interactive Development

Since entering into the 21st century, With the policy of "western development"and "revitalizing the old industrial bases in northeast China" being raised andimplemended, the western and northeastern regions'economic has growed rapidly, theappeal about "Central Downfall", " marginalization of central policy " followed out.In this paper, based on the basic theory of domestic and regional economicdevelopment and contacted with the actual situation of China's regional economicdevelopment, using the analytical method of theoretical analysis and the actualsituation, analysising the strategic significance of the rise of the central region and thepath chose of promoting the rise of the central region spur.This paper is divided into eight chapters.Introduction of this paper firstintroduced, and pointed out the purpose and methods of the study. The senondchapter introduced the mainstream theory of regional economic development at homeand abroad reviewed. The chapterⅢdescribes China's regional economicdevelopment strategy and the historical evolution of regional policy. The reasonswhich regional differences has formed and the strategy of regionaldevelopment.The chapterⅣanalysis the reality and reason of "CentralDownfall" and the negative of "Central Downfall" on date. ChapterⅤanalysis theposition of region and development and raised the countermeasures of promotingthe rise of the central region in the interactive development of East-Mid-West.ChapterⅥdiscussed the regional policy objectives and policy innovation research ofachieveing East-Mid-West coordinated development by analysising three regionsgame theory, exposed that the key was making comprehensive regional informationsharing mechanism,regional transmission mechanism,strengthen total regionalmechanism,regional coordinated mechanism,regional compensation mechanism forachieveing East-Mid-West coordinated development,reconstructed regional financialpolicy,industrial policy,employment policy, So that formed regional economiccomplementary strengths and positive interaction situation, and promote the rise ofcentral area. ChapterⅦassesms the coordinated regional development policiesbriefly. ChapterⅧdraws the conclusion of this paper as well as a certain outlooksfor the paper.
