Jinling Petrochemical Construction and Installation Company is attached to the Sinopec Group Jinling Petrochemical Company. It is a constructing enterprise which focuses on the construction, overhaul and maintenance. In accordance with the requirement of Sinopec Group, economic management system reformation has been implemented in the end of the year 2006. The relationship between the Construction and Installation Company and Jinling Petrochemical Company is therefore changed from family members to two independent companies in the background of marketing economy, which makes it become an enterprise of the independent management, the independent business accounting and the responsibility for own profits and losses.The dissertation is aimed to present the business strategy of Jinling Petrochemical Construction and Installation Company and make the analysis of the resources that the company owned after economic management system reformation and the new management environment it is facing. The environments the enterprise is facing are analyzed comprehensively in different aspects including political, economic and social, cultural and geological environment, illustrating the status of construction industry , competitors as well as major clients, and the interior conditions of current enterprise are analyzed from the aspects of business, finance, organization structure, human resources management, marketing ability, techniques and so on.. Using the above analyzing methods, the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company are made clear. So the guiding ideology, objectives and strategies of company under the new environment are settled down, and the ways of achieving strategies are suggested from the organizational structure of enterprise, human resources management, corporate identity development, technological innovation, information technology, market development and other aspects. As the enterprise adapt to market changes, their overall competitiveness will be enhanced in order to develop healthily and steadily in the face of pressure and competition after reforming.
