Urbanization Based On Industrial Cluster

The mechanism of regional economy is reflected on evolutions that are the industrial organization, industrial structure and the space structure. The process of urbanization is the process that the agglomeration of the second and third industry for the city. This agglomeration is directional mobility of the production factors and the highly evolution of industrial structure. Urbanization takes on a very important role in economic development of China; it is the important resolutions to accelerate the development of undeveloped area.Urbanization plays a key role in clearing duality structures in urban and rural areas and promoting regions to development in Guangxi region. The main restricted factor of the development of urbanization in Guangxi region is the poor foundations of industry, though analyzing the successful models of the urbanization in eastern region, considering the researching of conditions of the urbanization and industry,author believes the industrial cluster is an extraordinary organization. The work force shifting and population gathering should be based on the industrial cluster as the carrier. With the growth of industrial cluster, it is possible to provide the industrial support for raising urbanization level.The academics in China pay attention to the Eastern regions, comparing, for the Western China that has regional and comparative advantage industrial cluster such as Guangxi region, their concern to the urbanization's promoting relation of industrial cluster is not adequately addressed. Base on this, the effects produced by urbanization of industrial cluster are analyzed, and the conditions of industries that have the regional advantage are considered. The text gives the measures to develop urbanization based on industrial cluster.The article analyzes the development of urbanization form the industrial agglomeration and concentration of population. Firstly, defining the concept of urbanization, this article introduces the correlative research of industrial cluster and urbanization, and pay attention to discussing the promoting function of industrial cluster for urbanization. Secondly, analyzing the successful urbanization model of the eastern region, it summarizes the characteristic of"Su-nan model","Wen-zhou model"and"Pearl River Delta model", and the promoting function of industrial cluster for urbanization. Then, researching the situation of the Guangxi's development of urbanization, and probing into the problem and the causes which restricts urbanization development, Meanwhile, analyzing the development of the industry, including Guangxi's industry having advantage, the development of industrial cluster, taking some example as small forms industrial cluster of Lipu, the automobile industrial cluster of Liuzhou and the artificial gemstones industrial cluster of Wuzhou, and the effect of industrial cluster in the process of urbanization. Finally, it gives a summary of the successful experience of developed areas in eastern region and inspiration for the Guangxi's urbanization. Considering the conditions of Guangxi, it puts forward measures to develop urbanization based on industrial cluster with Guangxi's regional characteristic.
