This thesis tried to do a basic research about SMR market of XX Mobile Telecommunication Corporation in the view of business administration. First, the article gave a brief comment about the difficulties of XX Mobile Telecommunication Corporation and XX Mobile Telecommunication Corporation's SMS and SMR, then on the basis of analyzing XX Mobile Telecommunication Corporation's competition environment by means of PEST, Five-Dimension Model and SWOT , considering the characteristics of SMR life-circle ,the paper achieved a clear answer of its target market and location. Meanwhile, by studying some market investigation reports ,from the Megamarketing concept of Product,Price,Place,Promotion,Political Power and Pubic Relations,the paper made a Megamarketing plan for XX Mobile Telecommunication Corporation . Finally, this thesis also tried to find a solution of commercial-cooperation model in the SMR business for XX Mobile Telecommunication Corporation. |
