The clear determination of the rural economic development is an overallstrategic arrangement underlings the aim of changing the two economic structures. Our governments atall levels will play an vital role to make an overall coordinated development in urban and rural areas,moreover, as the government main function tool, the finance has an irreplaceable effect in thecoordinated development in urban and rural areas. The key of making an overall coordinateddevelopment in urban and rural areas is to decrease the gap between urban and rural areas and increasethe supporting agriculture fund in finance. In "the 11th five year plan", "Taking the public finance tiltingto rural area as core, adjusting the benefit assignate pattern between urban and rural areas "is veryimportant. Therefore, researching the problem of supporting agriculture in finance of Hebei Provincenot only has the profound theory significance, but also the important practical significance.Firstly, the research proposes the request of the overall development in urban and rural areas forsupporting agriculture in finance; Secondly, according to the data of supporting agriculture in finance ofHebei Province from 1996 to 2005, the research analyses the collectivity scale and structure scalepresent situation of supporting agriculture in finance of Hebei Province with comparison method anddiagram method, discovers the superiority and the existence question.
