As the economy continues to develop, the real estate industry which is considered to be a sunrise industry has taken a more and more important role in the national economic system. The scales of real estate investment are increasing and market conditions that we face in the development process become increasingly complex. Practitioner's concern over the decision-making process, which is the most basic aspect of real estate development projects, is growing and they have adopted a variety of methods. At present, though the main decision-making methods such as the economic decision-making or risk decision are simple and easy-to-use, they can only concentrate on one aspect of the information used to make decisions. Relatively less information is used in decision-making, and the accuracy can not be guaranteed. On the other hand, most of those methods can't efficiently integrate the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, so they can't guarantee practicality and accuracy at the same time.In this paper, the theory of multi-objective decision-making was used to analyze the investment of LiJin project of macrolink Inc and a decision was made on the choice of the type of this project. Firstly, an in-depth study on the external market environment and the internal enterprise conditions was made. A decision-making framework model of LinJin project and some alternative investment programs were proposed. Secondly, economic evaluation of the project in every program was made. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to set up the framework model and determine the weights of each indicator in the model, and then Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) was used to evaluate and gradate all the programs to get the best one. This method is scientific and innovative. It can be applied to practice of real estate investment decision-making.
