Broadly speaking, private fund, which is different from public fund in the meaning of the way of recruitment, is belong to investment fund. It is geared to the specific investors, not entirely open to the public, and subject to less government regulation. With the growth of a country's economic strength and upgrade the structure of the market economy, the private fund will be very difficult to resist.At present, there is no strict sense of private funds. China's Private Fund is more of a Private securities investment funds. China's "private fund" appeared in 1993. During its 14 years of development history, it has gone through early stages of development, the initial development period, the blind development period, the adjustment period, re-prosperity period . So far, "private fund" is more than 8,000 billion, and has become a force that can not be ignored in China's securities market. Such a large scale of "private fund" still has not been a formal legal status, led to a lot of offense and events.
