| The steppe is a biggest and natural ecosystem of Chenbarhu banner, the important function and values for the developing livestock management, keeping the water and soil and maintaining diversity of the ecosystem balance and living creatures, it is vitally related with all people's production, life and culture; it has a prominent position for thriving economy of Chenbarhu banner. In the last several decades, because of the comprehensive various factors influence of the global weather variety, the especially artificial interference turns worse, not reasonable exploitation and management, Chenbarhu banner steppe deteriorates increasingly, the productivity descend, the ecosystem system function out of tune, the ecosystem environment encountered the serious breakage. Grassland degeneration results in soil eroding, worsens drought, desertification, mouse and insect calamity, deteriorates environment and destroy grass-livestock balance. It badly restricts livestock development reversely. Therefore, by analyzing the reason that Chenbarhu banner steppe degraded, adopting the valid means and measures as soon as possible, establishment the counterplans that steppe livestock husbandry develops sustainable, is not only the natural steppe of Chenbaerhu banner protection and the objective request that the ecosystem environment construct, but also a side the border national minority region to carry out the stable important path of the economy prosperity and politic, is advantageous to the maintenance nation especially our country the ecosystem of the northern region safety, guarantee our country northern region society, the economy keeps on to have the important meaning with fast development.The thesis studied Chenbaerhu banner steppe resources, steppe area change, productivity fluctuation steppe using status, degeneration area, degree and distribution by using economic, natural historical geographic data which are from recordation, field sample and systemic sample. The results showed that Chenbaerhu banner steppe and grassland stock raising were mainly confronted with that steppe degeneration area increased, especially in local regions, grass-livestock balance was destroyed, atrocious climate were high frequency, population and livestock amount increased at the large range. And the degeneration status above was the key-problem in the grassland protection and stock raising development. All of the problems were arise of grassland using status, unreasonable industry composition, unbalance in the grassland input and output, shortage of protection, low science and technology in the grassland stock raising.Grassland is the reproducible resource, it can be renewed by using scientific management and construction. For the sake of solving the conflicts in the stock raising development and achieving sustainable development, this thesis elaborated Chenbarhu banner steppe resources and using present conditions, analyzed degenerative the reasons and existent the problems, inquired to Chenbarhu banner steppe livestock husbandry existent problems, put forward the thoughts and counterplans about the total target and guide suggestion to develop the steppe livestock management and protect it for the sustainable development. In a word, though the analysis and study, this thesis considered that the special geography position, physiognomy and climate decide the grassland ecosystem frangibility. Grassland degeneration was aroused by natural and artificial factors. Especially the human activity was the main factors in the grassland degeneration .There were many problems in the grassland intentionally using, unreasonable mode and atrocious weather. The science and technology must be used in the grassland ecology regain and stock raising development. In the mean time, it must be adjusted in the industry structure and production mode for boosting grassland stock raising industrialization development which needs to consider life, production and ecology. |
