The chain operation was developed in the developed country first.A profound revolution was led to in the field of circulation for its occurrence. It is very important for Chinese companies which facing international competition to analysis the theory and practice of chain operation. But in the HUAN XING Office Service Limited Company, it is now facing severe challenges because Of the more and more intense marketing competition .So it selects the chain operation to establish its dominant position. However it is not very clear for t hat how t o develop the chain operation.This article adopts the methods such as literature summary, investigates and the qualitative methodology. First, it carries on the summarization of the related theory of the chain management pattern, analyses the present situation in the rent-service industry and the domestic duplicator rents. In allusion to the existence question in the existing business model of HUANXING office service limited company. The article analyses the necessity of chain model in the HUANXING office service limited company, makes use of SWOT model to analysis the environment of the company, confirms the Service-chain model, chooses the chain forms of the company,and designs the Service-Chain system which includes Regular Chain and FRANSINE.Focuses the attention to expound value system in service-chain and the standardization of Service-oriented management system,establishes the key management systems in the HUANXING office service-chain, including organizational structure design, financial management systems, supply chain management systems, operating systems and information management systems, human resources management systems in the Service-Chain system which includes Regular Chain and FRANSINE in the HUANXING office limited company.Expounds in detail such as the system of Service-Chain value, the standardized management pattern, the system of framework, the system of the information management, the system of financial management, the system of supply management, the system of human resource management, and the system of operation. The key aspects, such as the consistent value position in the system of chain value, flow management in the standardized management pattern, service operation in the operation system, chain store team construction in the system of human resource management, was emphasized prominently in the article. Currently, the system of chain operation has already gradually start drive extensive adoption of each profession. The paper research the chain operation with more elaborate, and it conduct the maturity of the system for other similar company to provide the precious experience.
