With the globalization of world economy and the development of e-commerce enterprises pay more attention to enterprises'reaction to market, technical know-how,flexibility and innovation. Adapt to those changes, enterprises have to concentrate their resources to their core business and outsource the non-core businesses to the corresponding service providers in order to obain competitive advantages.The paper focus on the problems which always bother the third part logistics company. According the problems, this paper provide a scheme that is operative and irradiative.The value of theory and practice is researched in the Chapter 1. the method of research and route of technology are introduced.In Chapter 2, the basis of the theory of getting business, such as economy, modern logistics, outsourcing logistics and marketing, are discussed.In Chapter 3, the paper discuss how to face the common market with the enterprise. The third part logistics company understand more deeply than the enterprise in some way. So it have the ability to provide a scheme about the supply chain. In this way , the third part company can be an important part of the system of the supply chain.The logistics company faces many risks when it get the business. In Chapter 4, the problem that how to avoid the risk is be discussed. At last, a math modern is provided.The 5th chapter is the point of the paper. The ability of getting business is depend on the environment. So it is be discussed that the ability is connected with the basis of environment, policy environment and the people.With the sustainable development of the ability, the company have to structure a system to innovate, including the management and the policy. It come from chapter 6.Combining the feature of the market of outsourcing logistics of China, The research want to strengthen the competitive edge of company. Beginning with the basic knowledge of logistics outsourcing and the 3PL service provider, the logistics outsourcing in other countries are introduced in this thesis. In the research, many methods be provided such as qualitative analysis and quantitive analysis and word or graph and case analysis. A series of schemes how to help the Third Part Logistics company improve the ability to get the business of outsourcing logistics are discussed in the paper.
