Enterprise is also confronted with gigantic opportunity and challenge, with the fact that our country joins WTO.the most urgent mission that laying before enterprise is how to integrate enterprise resource right away, establish the enterprise brand image, produces the high added-value product, Form the enterprise core competition, enterprise is made thereby big and strong.Now, the enterprise product developing and brand Strategic Management is trend to multidisciplinary, many field trend anastomosing road. The brand is not only the weapon of enterprise marketing and sales, and the enterprises operation and management strength and horizontal representative, but also one item index of market economy maturity, is extremely an item of economical resources which has the strategic value. It is really that innovation becomes the key of the enterprise development, and the design management is now a method of the innovation. It is playing the more and more remarkable role in the brand value promotion aspect.This article mainly take designs-the management-brand value as a master line, Unifies the design management and the brand strategy relations, systematically research the essential theory relation of them, and separately research from the exterior value and internal value of the enterprise brand. The brand construction strategy and the management had decided the design overall principle, the good design management may play the formidable impetus role to the enterprise image and the brand image, this is to promote the brand external value by design management. But the analysis of promotion on the enterprise interior brand value, then is from product innovation itself and the new product research and development, each link and each leaders in the enterprise take it seriously, Forms one kind of innovation idea to the enterprise leaders, it help increase the attachment value to the enterprise product by design, raises the enterprise innovative ideology to promote the enterprise brand value. Through value analysis between the design management and the brand strategy, elaborated the function to promote the brand value by the design management. The article also unifies the domestic and foreign successful cases, elaborated the design management in enterprise's implementation process, including the design strategic management, the product design innovation management and the product design recognition plan of the enterprise and so on. The enterprise needs to design the management effectively to utilize the modern enterprise during the management, enhances the enterprise management level, must establish the explicit enterprise brand strategy frame, take the design management strategy as one of its core competitive abilities, provides the powerful safeguard to the product innovation, the brand innovation, and the brand revaluation. The enterprise must acquire the brand consciousness, promote the brand value, seeks the enterprise long term competitive advantage, guarantee enterprise's persistence long-termly development.
