Study On The Development Foreground Of LuNeng Coal-to-oil

Ningxia, located in the Northwest area of China, has abundant coal resources. Ningxia is the fifth largest coal reserved area of China. The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Government has started to plan and construct the Ningdong Coal Chemical Base since 2002, and plans to establish Indirect Coal Liquefaction Project. At the end of 2003, Ningxia is approved to establish an indirect coal liquefaction project in Ningdong city. And this project is controlled by LUNENG Energy Corporation Group.The thesis uses relevant theory and evaluation method for management of engineering projects, combining with theory and practice, and also project management experiences with basic data, to analyze and study the main factors affecting project construction in details, and to comprehensively evaluate the landscape for development of Indirect Coal Liquefaction Project. This thesis also indicates some main problems existing in the process of development of the project, raises corresponding measures and developing suggestions, which has great significance to the future development of the Ningxia Indirect Coal Liquefaction Project.
