Employment is not only an economic issue but also a political issue. Coordination between urban and rural employment is an important content of coordinating urban and rural economic development, it plays an important role in the maintaining social harmony and stability, promoting the man's all-round development and social all-round progress, and the building a harmonious society. As one economic lever of national income distribution and the macro-control, financial revenue is very important on employment level and structure. The paper studies the fiscal policy promoting employment and reemployment, gives the suggestion to correctly handle the relationships between employment and economic growth, the government and the market, fairness and efficiency, as well as employment and reemployment in view of current questions of work.
