It is a most important problem needed be settle is that finding the member situation of PPRD and the method of effective development.The research of the dissertation begins with the finance actuality of the PPRD, based on the theory of the development of the finance and the growth of the economy. The dissertation researches the character of the PPRD and puts forward the developing method and suggestion for GuangXi.There are three parts of the dissertation:The first part includes the first and the second chapter. In this part, the dissertation researches the background of the PPRD, and discusses the theory of the development of the finance and the growth of the economy, the region finance theory, the theory of finance agglomeration and regional financial cooperation of PPRD. Then the dissertation discusses the actuality of the Yangtze River Delta, the Region Surrounding Bohai and sums up the revelation.The second part includes the third and the fourth chapter. In this part, the dissertation indicates that there is difference among each province in PPRD on both economy and finance development. So we must research the theory problem of the region economy and financial imbalance. Based on this research, the dissertation analyses the step-down mechanism of the regional financial cooperation of PPRD. Then the mode analysis is made.The third part includes the fifth and the sixth chapter. In this part, the dissertation researches the strategy with which Guangxi province takes part in the PPRD. Through making certain its developing method, the dissertation puts forward the suggestion for GuangXi province. |
