| Along with an increasingly global economy and more complexity of economic system, dramatic and deep changes are taking place in the internal structure of an enterprise and relationship between enterprises in modern times. In this paper, the discussion and analysis is just based on the above change. The purpose is as follows: providing a new business management model--value network for the corporations in the environment of knowledge economy and digital period, the author redefines the value network based on value chain theory, supply chain theory, international division of labor and customer delivered value theory, and proposing a model for construction, execution, running of value network.The design of the paper: In the paper, the author analyses the running model and mechanism of the value network after looking back the theory of value network, then I analyses the performance of value network; at last, I have an empirical study of the value network to support the analysis of the paper.About value network running mechanism study, the author analyses the cooperation running, info exchange and energy exchange mechanism. The cooperation running mechanism is a main characteristic of value network different from other networks, it is the reason that the value network enterprises can react quickly and make smartly. The info exchange mechanism is the basis of the value network working, by which the members of value network reach the information share in enterprise, customers and suppliers. The energy exchange mechanism is the basis of enterprises cooperation and trust, it involves the exchange of enterprises culture.About the performance of value network, I analyses the key elements that affect value network in an economic method, the key elements include total cost, total income and innovation cost and so on, then the author analyses the performance of value network from cooperation and competitiveness, and gets the conclusion that value network is necessary for modern enterprises.An empirical method is used on the aspect of value network application between enterprises. The paper introduces every step from design to running in detail by the study of a good example of Haier and Cisco System.At last, the paper gets the sum-up and its fruit. It concludes that the Inter-firm Value Network is a network system centre on customers, and it runs cooperatively based on the share of information, gets the quickly making and maximal profits, promotes division of labor and cooperation of its enterprise, and gains competitive advantage.The innovation includes: first, I introduced the theory of international division of labor; second, I analyses the performance of Inter-firm value network by economics model and the theory of international division of labor. |
