In the innovative ideas economy times of 21 centuries, talented person exploitation and educational work already become enterprise sustained development driving force. But, the traditional enterprise training and educational work only belongs to the Human Resource Management. Being short of innovation theory, rational effective plan, it caused enterprise resources displaced and more feasible enterprise educational work cannot develop forcefully and seriously.Inspecting development of corporate education in many countries and famous enterprises, it developed lagging. The mistaken areas include "Enterprise education is equal to enterprise training ","enterprise education is usefulness" and many unsuitable education ways. So under innovative idea economy background, we ought to analyze employee's inherent need accurately and coordinate the strategy of the enterprise long-term development, make new definition to the modern corporate education, carrying out rational, effective mechanism research and strategy plan to ensures that enterprise education being able to make progress of talented person to satisfy ordinary enterprises, realize the enterprise sustainable development.Modern corporate education, having innovational employees who dream for "free, progress" and the suitable ways of communication, ought to make everyone make progress in job of themselves, coordinate their aims with the organization, to improve the qualification and achieve the value.Full text is 5 parts. Part I, after analyzing deeply into the existing problem that enterprise education had in china and other countries, we bring forward new idea and effective management system. Part II, thorough excavating inherence type of talented person, we bring forward "the self-free person " hypothesis and S theory , being the harmonious and ordered open-minded enterprise educational work rationale and create a new definition of corporate education. Coordinating the environment inside and outside in Part III, S management mechanism adopted cultural education, leading and communication and definite educational enterprise, educational manager. Part 4 makes the mechanism of S educational management system. In the educational enterprise, managers and students discussed freely, effectively. It had malfunctioned net education and balanced instruments, accurate evaluating to ensure arise the system. Part 5 gave more suggestions to development.
