The Strategic Study On Promotion The Rise Of The Middle Areas

Since the reform and opening up in 1978, the economy in China has developed at a stable and rapid speed, especially, the east coastal areas. Because of the long term implement of the non-balanced development strategy of different areas, however, after 1990s, the development gap between the middle areas, the western areas and the eastern areas becomes larger and larger, which gives rise to a series of the contradictions and social issues. How to shallow the gap gradually, and promote the coordinated development of the areas arouses the great attention of our party and nation.Since 1992, the central government has readjusted the development strategy of different areas, implemented the policy of opening up in the middle and western areas by and by. At the same time, the central government puts forward the strategies of the implement of western development, vitalizing the old industrial bases in northeast, and promoting the rise of the middle areas. Since our government introduces the policy of promoting the rise of the middle areas, the issues on this has become the hot subject in the world of theory and academy. From this, we know the importance and the real meaning of studying the issues of the rise of the middle areas. So, this thesis will focus on the following aspects to study the strategy of the rise of the middle areas and the relevant questions.In the first part, it contains four stages to analyze and illustrate the changes of area strategies since the foundation of our country and their influence on the economy and social development in the middle areas.In the second part, the writer discusses the influence of the rise of the middle areas on the economic development of China. It further shows that the development of the middle areas is the guarantee to promote the construction of our four modernizations and maintain the continuous, stable and rapid increase of our economy.In the third part, the writer discusses and analyze the difficulties and problems in the implementing the strategy of the rise in the middle areas. And also the writer discusses the existing difficulties and problems through the analysis on the gross economic amount, urbanized level, economy structure and policies of the nation in these areas.In the forth part, the writer focuses on the thinking of the strategy of the rise of the middle areas. Aiming at the situation of the middle areas and the concrete questions, the writer puts forward 7 approaches for promoting the development of the middle areas.
