Research On The System Vicissitudes Of Family Enterprise In China

The family enterprises are the earliest form of the type. They are still a current enterprise form,which is the greatest in number, the most complicated in internal structure and relationship,and the most different in dimensions, and they take on various development patterns. Many nonpublic-run enterprises, which have rapidly developed since the reform and opening to the outside, have showed great vigor and strength, and they play a great role in the national economic development. On the long run, they will be indispensable parts in our market economy, and even affect the development of our society. In fact, most of them belong to family enterprises.Because of specific historical and cultural factors, modern family enterprises in China grew not long ago, most of them are rather small and technically backward. The phenomenon that "The richness will never last three generations"are quite common.Family enterprises are confronted with many embarrassments, barriers and contradictions at present,and they are eagerly hoping for theoretical guide.Based on the inspection the system of our family enterprises in light of China's historical and cultural characteristics, learning from foreign experiences, the study trys to seek for the new route,which is suitable for the development of Chinese family enterprises. 7The study are carried out by the analytical methods of the combinations of dynamic and static, macroscopic and microscopic analyses.
