In era of knowledge and economy, the key element of the enterprises competition is transferred the human resources gradually from the traditional material resources, financial resources. The important function of human resources management for enterprise has already been known by people. It is a long time problem for enterprise's administrators, How to attract and keep high-quality talents. Undoubtedly, it is one of the important means to solve this problem to establish a reasonable and effective salary system. just like propeller of enterprises development, can stimulate enthusiasm of staff, absorb and keep outstanding talent, thus improve enterprise's outstanding achievement, realize the development goal of enterprises. Under market economy and knowledge economy condition, how to design and implement a salary system which is suitable for enterprises, thus establish in an unassailable position in talent competition to particularly importance of enterprises development. The text regards salary system of Tianyi Company of it as the research object, through analyzing problem of the existing salary system. Point out the company is under the new market environment and new management strategy condition, it is necessity and urgency to reform the salary system. Combine applied salary theory, it is that the company designs the salary management system which suit trade properties and with identical characteristic of enterprise. And briefly review and assessed the running situation of the salary system.This thesis is divided four parts. The thesis has described to the main salary theory of home and abroad and analysis at first. Dissecting company's administration resources, human resources, especially on the current situation characteristic of the salary system and foundation of existed problems, have proposed the salary system which based on post of a company of suitable Tianyi Company, through post analysis and appraisement of strict and science, and foundation that post apprise design to Tianyi Company of salary systems. Finally, Thesis summarizes and appraises to the salary system re-designed.The characteristics is the combination of theory and practice, use and encourage the remuneration theory relevantly, recur to existing experience, solve the salary system problems of staff in enterprise's management, countermeasures of the paper are effectiveness and practicability and have some referenced worth for the salary system reform of state-owned enterprises.
