Along with the extensive development of marketing, there are many problems. This makes it necessary to evaluate and control the marketing activities in order to find the problems and opportunity in the activity. Thus we could improve the marketing management level and prompt the marketing result. But the marketing audit as a new management implement has demonstrated its powerful effect. The main function of the marketing audit is evaluation and controls, only by the means of it, we can discover the problems and opportunities in the marketing activity, then get the fine marketing effect at last. By now, still there is not a comprehensive evaluation system about marketing audit. Therefore, it has an important theory and reality significance to study on marketing audit evaluation system.This text is totally divided into six chapters, To begin with, this text introduce the research background and some theories about this fields. Then analyze the problems and shortcomings about the research. Then the text summarizes the marketing audit basement theory, and then analyzes the difference between the marketing audit and fiance audit. Building the marketing audit evaluation system in the third chapter, and also introduce the every index's meaning. The fourth chapter introduces the AHP-Fuzzy and mathematics and Effect Modulus method. The fifth chapter is the demonstration of the research. The sixth is the conclusion of the text.At present the research of marketing evaluation system is very few, the new point of the thesis lies in building the evaluation index system is different the question list method. Building the marketing audit evaluation system has the supervision and controlling effect through turning subjective problems into objective quantization. This has provided a new visual angle for the marketing evaluation.
